Good day readers ! Welcome to my site, thanks for taking the time to visit.
I've been taking pictures since I was 16 years old. I started as the Photo Editor for my high school newspaper and staff photographer for the yearbook. There was nothing more exciting than capturing a moment in time for me when I was high school. My hobby continued in college, I was a staff photographer for the yearbook again.
Somewhere along the way, I gave a picture to someone and she broken down in tears. It was a picture of her daughter, nothing meaningful to you or me...but that picture meant the world to her. I realized at that moment that pictures can be more powerful than any weapon. It can invoke human emotion in a snap. It can bring back distant memories. I read about how pictures influenced and changed world events but this was more personal.
I fell in love with wedding photography when my best friend asked me to take his wedding pictures. It was such an honor to be part of his most special day. I've shot dozens of events both big and small. I've captured weddings, Sweet16's, celebrities, family Christmas parties, sporting events, corporate functions...the list is truly endless . Photography is about the memories, they are very precious to those who understand the power of an image. There is no such thing as a "insignificant" event that's "not worth" capturing.
From a business standpoint, I am fully insured. I use professional level, top-of-the-line Canon equipment, the same model used daily in the most dangerous war zones, action filled end-zones and glamorous weddings throughout the world. I am a member of the Professional Photographers of America (PPA) and the Wedding and Portrait Photographers International (WPPI).
